My manager doesn't have any decision making, even if someone asks for 5days leave he'll go and ask COO.
Skill wise he's null. Still he has some technical terms related to the project with the help of which he sustained till now.
He treats us like slaves and acts as a tyrant.
Completely badmouthing kutta with a good owner.

There will always be people up in middle management like these. Stay clear of messing with them. Do your job. Keep words to pleasantries and mind your business.
Sooner or later, their incompetence always catches up to them.
