My manager cancels meeting 5-10 minutes before, it happens very frequently, how to handle this
He must be loaded with meetings. Just connect with him casually and offer any help if he needs ( engineers who volunteer have an edge) or to move connects with you to some other hour which works best for him.
Very apt take... If it's a casual meeting with no agenda, maybe they will cancel if there's a conflict and they are overloaded. If it's one of those "I dont think you're imp enough for my time"… always reply to the "canceled :xyz meeting" email with what was the agenda and what updates you had, what blockers you need them to remove. Mostly, "this meeting could have been an email" take is correct, but just so that it doesn't come to bite you in the behind, have everything documented.
This is literally the dream. How can you complain about it?
It's not one on one meet, mostly we prepare before meet, even plan accordingly like going late to home and at last movements suddenly he cancels the meeting
