My experience with Byjus
Have been a sales guy from more than 4 years now. During the bull market, the perks were amazing.
Shit has hit the fan rn, most of the folks aren’t getting full and final settlement. Appraisals and increments are on hold indefinitely. Haven’t received arrears from a long time, even after multiple commitments from the management. Haven’t received sales incentive from last 3 months.

Why are you working with Byjus? They are infamous for all the wrong practices (be it business, marketing, work culture, etc.)
Leave it as soon as you can.
