Go to meetups.
There are bunch of biker travel groups and Bangalore outstation groups.
Use these. No guarantee that you will find people but you will definitely find good time with good acquaintances. And maybe….

I made friends at work - joined as a fresher with few other people from my hometown (6-7 years ago)

Also most of my friends from hometown also moved to Bangalore for work (from another city in Karnataka)
