I am currently working as a Embedded Software Engineer at Texas Instruments(YoE: 1 year) and I want to work as a SDE.

Have heard very negative feedback from ex employees in my circle. They just seem to be hiring and firing frequently.

My roommate is interviewing for Rippling and he is hesitant as the culture reviews sound very negative..anyone working there or know how its culture is?
