Motivate me to reduce weight

It's a disgrace to die without seeing the beauty that your body holds.

Being overweight attracts many diseases which will eventually affect your physical as well as mental being. You will be dependant on others to take care of you. Exercise and eating healthy food will give you lot of stamina to achieve your dreams.

People are still calling you with the names you don't like to call by ... ( Imagine their reaction once you come to the ideal physique)
