Here to take ideas for my last day message

Friend of mine got the hint that there are about to be layoffs. They ended up pre-empting it by resigning the same week 😂😂

Had somebody who came into the company - just would not talk to anyone. Tried multiple times to meet with him, chill together, would just end up avoiding all our efforts
4 weeks in, just left without most of us figuring out why
Some clarity he had

Grabbed Joining bonus and flew

Someone I know joined a large AlcoBev company. Didnt receive their laptop for a week after joining. Their boss still wanted her to start delivering with no handover or laptop. Used their personal laptop and figured out things on their own. Boss told them I dont have time for you, figure out the shit on your own. Spoke to HR in a couple of weeks, took the boss on call, and resigned right there on the call.

Wow 🫡 Sounds like ABinBev?

Know of one colleague, she kept asking about future plans of all fellow interns on Slack Huddles during my internship. She kept denying having any plans whatsoever.
When I joined full time, she was nowhere to be found. Came to know that she went to the US to pursue her masters.
Hell, when we asked her via LinkedIn. She ghosted everyone.
The twist is that, we had asked her about her GRE scores, Safe/Ambitious schools, etc. and she denied knowing anything about it. It felt so out of possibility that she even got a US visa, atleast the way she was acting all clueless.
Later I came to know that apparently, her family was against going abroad and she planned all of this while saving money during Covid working remote.
Big brain moment and no one knew about it. Not even her family.

A guy in my team went out for lunch and never came back...

What did he eat??

Poison?

An intern in my company wrote IDF(I don’t give a fuck) on series announcement by ceo on slack channel later saying he meant (i do give a fuck) while leaving the office permanently
