Eat moringa directly. This is seasonal vegetable. Sometime it’s available whole year. But if you consume it in this season then you’ll get better results. I’m not sure about the processed powder though.

Long back I used to have moringa power every morning in empty stomach and it was not a packed one but fully homemade. I consumed it continuously for 2-3months. I didn't find much difference but I lost my weight and started feeling weakness so I stopped.
