Microsoft vs Adobe offer (India)
I recieved offers from Microsoft India(L62, Dynamics365) and Adobe India(CS1, Creative Cloud). Following are the figures.
Microsoft - 40L (Base), 4L (50-50 in two years), 85000 USD (25% per year in 4 years), 0-20% of base variable.
Adobe - 37(Base), 4.5L (one year), 100000 USD (25% per year in 4 years), 0-15% of base variable,
Can you tell me which offer option is better for me, given that my primary importance is workLife balance. I am sure that adobe team's WL balance is good, not sure about MSFT.

Both have good WLB. But obviously depends on team.
Can only speak about MS.
MS works on a large range of products so for future you have better internal mobility. It also has flexibility in terms of remote work.
