Meta calls back employees to work from office (3 days of the week). They had one of the strongest remote policies amongst FAANG.

One hard thing to swallow is that with what they earn and how their office is, this isn’t harsh. But sadly low paying shabby office folks follow its footsteps and this is why it’s bad for many
