Mentally exhausted and weak

Why I'm so weak mentally. I am always sad for no reasons. Hiw can I stop being like this. I always feel like a loser and always compare my life with everyone and felt like achieving nothing in my life. How can I improve my mental health.

+Get vit D and B12 tested.

  • Get out of comfort zone and try difficult things.
  • Increase physical activity.
  • Maintain a journal of your wins. Smallest to biggest. Even a try is a win.
  • Take spiritual support.

I'm not able to get out of my comfort. I got way too used to it. I am at a point where Going to office for 10 days also feel like a big burden that's why I am hesitating to even accept an offer letter from TCS because they asking to come to office 5 days a week

  1. Start watching motivational videos on YouTube.

  2. Write down what you want to change and its possible solution.

  3. Prioritize things; for me, it's always health.

  4. Find the root cause of mental weakness and work on that.

  5. Give each goal a timeline and try to achieve it without expecting 100% results.

  6. When you feel like comparing yourself to others, remind yourself that they actually worked hard for everything they have.

  7. Remember, there is no paracetamol for life that can fix everything quickly—good things take time.

  8. Regarding office matters—you have to accept the fact that everything comes at a price.

  9. Be grateful for having a job,

Watching motivational videos in YouTube is a waste of time.

Talk to people older to you or younger to you. It will give you a better perspective towards life. Have 2-3 deep relationships in your life whom you can reach out anytime u feel low.

Take up a hobby or something like workout, running or any other sport. Be regular at it, helps you feel accomplished and good about self.

Bhai focus on money and you will be fine.satrt thinking how you can make more and more money because it is must for a happy life once you focus on this you will start loving everything which gives money
