Medical Insurance Claims

Anyone having experience with medical insurance claims?

I added claim for appendix operation and I’m on notice period. My managers and HRs are ghosting me. Plum comes back asking for the same document.

Have a big amount (the amount looks big to me) used up for this as the hospital didn’t have cashless facility.

What to do here? Feeling helpless.

Go to the hospital on a Saturday and get approval from insurance team, while hoping HR doesn’t answer the call.

Get discharged on Sunday.

This worked for me when I was on notice period and had to get a small procedure done. This pissed off HR badly.

Does it mean we can get claimed until last day of notice period ?
