MBA during employment

Hi can anyone tell me is doing MBA IN BUSINESS ANALYTICS ,HR and employment with infy parallel valid,and once MBA completing will be considered in academic records.

I got opportunity to do lateral MBA for only 1 yr from reputed university.need suggestions
