March 2024: What is the WFO/WFH split on Grapevine?
It's been 4 years since Covid started. That's genuinely tripping me out, how is it 4 years already. Taking a check since it’s been some time since I saw this poll. Curious how it’s split now, I remember earlier most ppl were WFH.

I have pure wfh. Is it a good thing or bad?
As per me its bad as mine is a front end role and all physical client meetings are done by insite team. I am involved only in Teams meeting which are 70% of all.

@Groundking I feel it dented my career. I started my career in late 2019. WFH started in March 2020. I don't know how to interact, socialize, present my work, work together as a team, have friends at workplace etc. Now, I'm struggling with these things. I want Hybrid mode of work. I'm stuck in various aspects of my career as I didn't interact with my peers and I chose to be in silo. FML.

Exactly, I feel the same.
I have permanent WFH work model and I love to have this. Due to this am able to focus on my hobbies too as it’s help me to save travelling time. Though have some disadvantages too !

I got wfh due to great performance while few members of team still do wfo

Mostly WFH unless I have to test something in lab in which case I need to go to office

Not bragging, I had 4 offers 2hybrid (Ggn & Blr), 1 WFO (GGN) and I chose fully remote in my hometown tier3 city.
