LTI Mindtree offer status
I have completed my HR round last week from mindtree and the status on portal has been updated as offered after document submission and approval. Still have not received offer letter, will I receive one or not, how much time they usually take for this. Any idea or any person who has been through interview process of lti mindtree can you please confirm

When did you get the offer letter? For me HR told me she will check with business and comeback for salary confirmation. HR discussion completed on nov 26. No response as of now. Status showing as HR. How much time will it take.
For me it took 2 days after Document submission and HR discussion

Does this company take all docs before like - Pre offer document, Pre interview document? I mean, is it a normal practice to submit everything before even the HR round ?
Offer letters can take a week or two after status update. If it takes longer, maybe give HR a gentle nudge
