First of all decide hour goal
Loose fat only or along with it gain muscle.
Also health is 70% diet and 30% exercise.
Be consistent in workout and diet.
In diet first remove all foods having sugar, too much artificial ingredients, fats, kick them out.
Remove as much as packaged food, eat only fresh home cooked, no outside food not even a single bite, same with sugar not even a single gram of sugar.
Add green vegetables, lentils, fruits, fruit juice prefer home made that too without straining them take them raw.
Start adding fibrous food like salads as they keep you fuller for long time which keeps your metabolism high for long time but have less calories. Soaked grams, chana, add some vege, fruit and eat raw, in night take as light as you can take, as early also.
And go to YouTube school for great recipes, you will find great,.
Also soyachunks best for protein, and do intermittent fasting, like having small time fasts, ex from lunch time to dinner time no food intake.

Also eat only 70% of full diet, most important to loose weight is calorie deficit, trak calories, learn to understand nutrition label before buying anything

If you want to loose weight only, around 1-1.5 hr workout for 6-7 days every week .
Set a daily step goal of 10k around.
Use stairs instead of lift. Become active, ditch 10 min apps, go walk and get them.
Pick 2-4 good videos from YouTube recommended: Cult fit, Jeremy, jeet salal, follow their videos.

I lost 10 kg in 5 months, been gyming from last 10 years, have an athletic build, never took supplements. But now I am saturated and feels weak. Suggest some solid ideas for home made proteins which are practical also, given I hardly get free time. Don't want to take readymade supplements

Can use roasted chana, or soya chunks, paneer , tofu, eat dal rice together when mixed become complete source of protein. One thing to grind soya chunks, use it as protein powder great has about 50g protein in 100 g

That's terrible for your legs and cardio doesn't help much in weight loss, you might end up losing muscle also

SquishyMuffin
