Most of the top people have now left (a few months/years) after IPO.

Only a handful of really senior and old people are still there.

They don't have money to buy Microsoft Products (excel, outlook etc) and ask employees to use open source freeware instead - as said by ex Zomato Account Manager. Oldies who joined early have risen up the ranks and are terrible managers and have poor skills.

If extra-terrestrial performance is a criteria, he and his leadership team should be the first to get fired by the shareholders looking at their results and stock price. Isn’t that how CXO performance supposed to be assessed?
