It's not about AI automation yet It's simply because of the nature of their business They provide services to majorly foreign clients who are cutting back on expenses because of recession like environments in their own countries and high interest rates

My prediction is that AI will replace donkey jobs, which service companies do. I dont know if this decision is due to AI. But AI will first affect service companies, that is for sure
