Looking for offers

Hey Folks, I need your suggestions. I am working as a QA Tester presently and have close to 4 years of experience. I am looking to change my job as I am not happy with compensation and even no recognition. But the issue is every time I apply my CV gets rejected. I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly? Also, is it a good time to switch. Please do share your views
