I seriously would like to know how to go about asking someone you like in an office setup? Without it becoming awkward later on if handed with rejection. Also making sure that the person being asked out does not feel creeped out.

Yeah, POSH is first on everybody's mind. But I like to think things in a more poetic way. How wondrous would it be to confess your crush to someone. But then again these rules stop me. That's why asking how to go about it in the most respectful manner if there is such a thing.
