Leave policy
We have been given unlimited leaves subjected to approval by our managers and that our work is not affected. Since there are no leaves, it can not be encashed at the end of the year.
I wanted to check in with you and ask how many leaves do you all get?
No official leave policy, it's as per mutual understanding between my colleagues and I
21 privilege + 7 casual + 7 sick +2 optional + govt mandated national holidays.
20 Paid Leaves + 8 CL + 12 SL + 14 fixed holidays
24 days earned leave +10 days festivals
25 Earned Leaves + 12 Casual/Sick Leaves+ 2 Celebration Leave + 13 National Holidays
21 casual + 12 sick/casual + 4 personal health(quarterly 1) + 12 holiday
12 Casual, 20 Earned, 12 Holidays, 1 Birthday
