45 days on paper. But I need to just DM the team whenever I need a leave.
How many leaves do I take after having practically unlimited - maybe 20

Tell 2x advance for leave and if its a WFH half day is deducted from your leaves or salary if no leaves left.

20 annual leaves and 15 sick leaves, but the worst part is you can only opt for sick leave if you are taking it for 3 or more continuous days. 🤮

Bad

23 days in a year 🙌🏻

23 PTO. Unlimited sick leaves. 16 weeks Paternity leaves.

Woah didn’t know MS has this good policy. How do you justify your sick leave?

No questions are asked for sick leaves less than 3 days. More more than 3 days we need to submit a doctor's note.

Minimum legal leaves 14 days as the company is registered in singapore and also not very generous with leaves

I like Nas videos on FB. But he seems like Elon promoting unhealthy work culture. He even said once its already tough for him to run the company but yet I see Nas summit and new stuff

Yes he is different from what you see in the video, very stubborn and doesnt give a shit about the employees only throws sugar coated stuff at us but i always knew what i was signing up for and the pay is good so thats all i care for now

There is a study that given unlimited leaves, people tend to take lesser leaves. Just my 2 cents. Another point to add is that employer doesn’t have to encash. We’ve 21 annual leaves. 14 sick/casual leaves. No rejection so far. Sometimes can’t be same between 2 people.
