Yes, I had Lasik surgery 9 years back. It's going great. I was an avid sportsperson but had -5.5D power. It feels amazing to get over a handicap after 12 years. I have a few others in my close circle who did this and everyone feels the same.

Oh great! I saw a video where everyone who had gone through lasik was giving one reason why you should get one. Most reasons were irritation and constant pain. Do you have anything like that?

It was quite painful for the first 12 hours but nothing you cannot overcome. You're given painkillers, antibiotics and lubrication drops. You'll be fine in a week to 15 days. Lubrication drops continue till 3-6 months.
