Remote work is tough for freshers as they need to wait for the mentor/guide to answer his/her doubts when available, while in person office work, they can reach out immediately and clear minor doubts quickly without scheduling any calls.

So yeah agree with that osmosis point 💯

Kinda hard to argue against the osmosis point.

Can’t disagree with his points but I am pretty sure the best talents who find remote better will be missed by such companies. Lot of great tools were built remotely but again that’ll not work for all kind of companies.
