Just a reminder to be less harsh on yourselves

All these people are outliers. 99.9% of the population is going to die a normal to below normal life. One must remember this everyday Focus of buildings family, spending time with them build memories. If one has a chance to play with your grand parents when young and play with grand children when old - one should consider life well lived.
