Jupiter Money... The not so go-to-place for a Job

Please exercise discretion before considering job offers from Jupiter Money, especially those shared on LinkedIn by the newly appointed President. While he is actively fulfilling his role, it's important to be aware of the current state of the organization.
The company is undergoing a significant exodus. Over 10 engineers have resigned in the past 10 days, with many more likely to follow. The environment has become increasingly unstable, and leadership appears disengaged from the impact of these departures.
If you're currently unemployed and looking for a temporary position, joining Jupiter Money might serve as a short-term solution. However, it's advisable not to expect long-term stability or a nurturing work culture. The leadership’s approach has been widely perceived as toxic and indifferent.
Make informed choices. Prioritize environments where your growth, well-being, and contributions are valued.

Exact same things were happening at fi and now cut to 7 months later - shut down.
The only thing fi did differently in 2025 - paid glassdoor reviews. It’s a joke now. For all the 5 star posts on the company and great culture, the entire company is shut down now.
Jupiter is another spectrum of bad & lazy leadership decisions.
Both of them took advice from the same hiring consulting person who adviced byjus, Unacademy and white hat. Unwillingly Fi and Jupiter also has been affected by the worst kind of talent from this consultant - he is particular about charging a bomb & taking the money promptly!
Looks like they just got some funding, so they'll survive. At least those at the top can enjoy a bit more.
Btw.. Head of Engineering is on his way out.
