Joining with Accenture 4 days but no information yet

Hi Folks, My joining with Accenture is in 4 days but I haven't received any onboarding information yet. Even HR is not giving much clarity. Any suggestions? I have another offer in hand with somewhat less amount so would like to join Accenture
