Joining Wipro Ltd soon, wish me luck.

Awesome peeps of grapevine, I'm joining Wipro Ltd soon. I have work ex of ~8 yrs, but from all non IT industries. Not aware of IT culture so to say. Please suggest, how to survive? What you think you should have known on the first day in your IT company? Or 1st day in Wipro?
