I doubt tech job market will ever become as lucrative as it was during Covid times.
Companies have realised that they can optimise their workforce lot better and with the advancements in AI, most companies are looking to cut down workforce even further.
Upskilling and learning new tech is the easiest way to get salary bump/job security.

Indian start ups need a reset. For way too long they have been building copy cat products and cheap services. If we need our job market to improve we need quality companies growing big. Not newer shitty companies mushrooming.
