Job market scene in India
How’s the job market scenario in India? Not getting any calls from recruiters despite having a decent profile and good pedigree colleges? Any comments from HR professionals or recruiters would be insightful. Would like to know what firms (big, small, startups, MNCs) are thinking about recruiting.

Companies are jot able to raise same goes for VCs. Saw friend both founders and VCs struggle. Since they don’t have funds themselves how will they pay new employees

This is the story for early stage startups. But what is the scene with established startups and big firms

Same stuff but on different level. VCs are richer than many companies if they have tough time raising even big companies will have tough time raising. Have invested in many large founders and am seeing massive layoffs at cred, u academy, etc incoming

The reality is that the job market is tight. No other way to explain it.
You need to work 2-3X harder than regular times

Same I have series B startup in my profile, a hot shot for few months on CNBC Tv18 still no calls from recruiters, or contact after applying.
