More than a company behaviour, it is what’s to do with PMs. I’m not against PMs, but PMs with no coding/tech knowledge just gets some random idea (mostly copied from others products ) and what’s to be implemented. They don’t brainstorm or least try to understand the process or things needed to make their idea live and they want to bring their idea into live in short time possible so that they can boost themself over launches.

That’s how early stage and hyper growth startups are in terms of work pressure.
