It's difficult to work with grandfather's in the company? They ain't flexible and still support rush working style with no organized structure! Save me !!!!

I have recently joined a new company . In my team I haveike people working here for last 20 years. They both are in my Tema and it's so difficult to make them work in an organized manner and tell them about schedules. They are still working in the same manner of rush actions with no organized goal or plan.
