Is udaan raising new funds and if yes, what is the new valuation ?

There are people who if possible would want to sell all of their esops at current valuation or even half of the valuation just to get some money out from udaan.

ESOP buy back not in picture till IPO which is doubtful. Mostly this firm will be sold to Tata / Flipkart / reliance in 1.5 years.

As of now credit (UdaanCapital ) is making money

400 million being raised at 1.5-1.6 post money valuation .
