Trending @Wipro; Is this the best place to work in India?
I have been working with Wipro for the last 2 years and I can say that it's one of the best work cultures in India. I never saw any office politics or meetings. Everyone is treated equally and there is no hierarchy. The work culture is very flexible and you can work from anywhere.
There are no restrictions on when you start or end your day. You can take as many breaks as you want and there is no pressure to be available all the time. The only thing they care about is getting the job done. You are reading a joke, this company is the worst and we all know why. I just hate working here, somebody save me please.
What do you think?

Even after seeing the last line sharing my view- about work culture the same thing you said is correct during my tenure, I was having too much flexibility for work. Literally there were no restrictions for Star and end of day for our team, just do your work and hangout wherever you want, no micro management.
I left Wipro bcs of hike and relocation to Bangalore as I am from Pune. I can say Hike will be given but we never know what criteria they will include everytime.
Overall my experience was very good in terms of work culture.
Bad in terms of Hike, no any appreciation ( It may vary team to team).

The only positive is that 65% of the company's profits go to charity, so essentially we are working for charity.
