Is it worth going to US?

My company is giving a L1 visa to come to us, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I compared the savings of what I get in india vs what I get in us after expenses, that's only 1-2lakh more per month.

Is it still worth it?

Depends on what you want -

  1. Do you want to live in the US on a personal level?
  2. Do you want to move to another job in the US eventually?
  3. Is the work experience in the US role much better than in India and you want that exposure and learning?

  1. Honestly don't have any preference
  2. It's impossible as L1 visa is tied to an employer
  3. I have past Faang exp and will be working on the same tech so it doesn't matter.
