20moIs it just me or has attrition increased at Cred
Suddenly noticing a lot of early, competent, long term cred employees leaving.
Is there an increase in attrition if yes is there any reason or is this just normal business?

It's also right around the time people would have received their increments etc. I'm not sure what calendar Cred follows.
