Khatarnak.. male ego issues should not be here. If you're working out since 4-5 years and have muscle mass then good but once-twice a month. Injuries can be here.. otherwise

yeah it shouldn't do any damage to the ego of the people working out with him

2-2.5X BW is great. With discipline and consistency along with proper nutrition, they are achievable. How long did it take for you to go from an empty bar to 150 KG Squat?

WigglyPenguin

it wasn't a consistent journey, but assume 2yrs

Not bad at all. You could have achieved the same with the Starting Strength progressive overload template within a year too. But the good thing is, you have already achieved it. Depending on your progress you may have to switch to Boring but Big programming to improve on your gains. But keep at it.

How big and lean are you right now?

More than 1.5x of the body is a big deal. If you are doing it great.
