Yes seems like they had started with the intention to get tier 1 Bschool grads to do some S&C work but we're unable to get foot in the door of the MBBs and Big4 markets. Now they resorted to menial work and thus have started hiring tier 2 Bschool grads also. Just trying to keep the elitist status so that they can keep charging a premium.
