The most irritating questions: 1. Why do you want to change jobs? It’s either for better pay, dissatisfaction with the current role, or personal reasons like family obligations or relocation—obviously, there’s always a valid reason. 2. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Clearly, in the highest possible position and not stuck in the same role. 3. Why should we hire you? You organized this interview, so you tell me what you’ve assessed so far—why even ask me? But no, they want a sugar-coated answer, and in the end, the best liar wins.
