Have worked in edtech, crypto and fintech, been through layoff (as an intern 😀), got multiple offers within 10 days of being laid off, got the PPO denied from one while got the PPO from the other. Have seen founders with half a billion of funding boast about their culture and seen them layoff 120 folks the very next month.
Yes, its nothing compared to what the very well experienced folks on this platform have seen and experienced and gone through, but it's honest work :)

1st edtech, v small company, 3 months intern me jo website banaye, entire thing got replaced a week later i left 😂
2nd $18bn crypto firm, worked 12hours a day as an intern, raised and got merged over 300 PRs, got told i could do "better". PPO got denied coz i didn't match expected level 😀👍
3rd $500mil fintech firm, honestly no bad tbvh, bas offsite me nhi le gye interns ko 🙂
