I received offer from infosys for 31 Ipa (including 20% VP) and designation of 6b. Can someone tell me the approx. inhand salary and also the role of level 6b?

Tech Lead + Project Management. You have to code and manage your own client. Along with it, manage tech side of your team and manage the project.
In hand is simple. Whatever is mentioned in offer letter. Don't consider adding monthly performance bonus ( variable part ).
Remove PF, Gratuity, and Tax deductions. Rest is yours.
