Infosys interview process

I recently cleared infosys interview and hr discussion done 3 weeks back. This week beginning from HR, I got to know that the offer letter will be released this week post approval. But today, in the portal I can see that the status of my application changed to rejected after interview(candidature cannot be taken forward post internal review for this requirement). Can someone tell if they have rejected me? Or is it some glitch in the portal? Tried reaching HR, she is also not sure about the status.
