It took 3 months for Infosys to hire me. I could imagine in the process on how people are so lenient.

The most suprising part: HR didn’t bother to send Congratulation email on clearing the interview rounds and there was no audit trail that whether I am giving any interviews or not.

I hope many people would agree from Infosys.

I got a mail by HR congratulating me for clearing technical round it has been 2 weeks but the HR round has not been scheduled yet or I haven't heated anything from Infosys science

You need to remind them, else it will take a lot of time in scheduling the HR round.

I have replied 3 times to that mail I am guessing they have moved on from application but atleast could send me some confirmation mail for failure.
