19moInformation on resignation and salary hold.
Hi,
What if someone put resignation before completing 1 year in TCS.
- Will they have to server 1 month notice period or satndard 3 months. (Probation status still show’s empty in ultimatix)
- Will they hold all 3 months salary or only last month ?

Only last month salary held while leaving organization.
As per my knowledge notice would be 3 months even on probation
