Such a shame. Almost all the Indigo flights I have taken in last couple of months have been late. New benchmark of Indigo standard time now 🤮

Worst part is - no one seem to care and airlines always blindly say ‘delayed due to operational reasons’. I doubt if the central authority has any check on on time performance and inconvenience to the passengers
And that stuck in bus, hot and suffocated, for 20 minutes before boarding
They have a duopoly in the air with Tata. They can pretty much do whatever the f they want now.
And yet again going with 2 hour delayed flight today. ðŸ˜
I haven't had a bad experience with them yet, but if the state of the airline that controls the monopoly on airlines in india is like this, then what hope is there?
Some of the shit they do is preventable through basic process improvements. I recently had my connecting flight cancelled at last minute and they still sent my checked in luggage to a different terminal for which I had to wait for 3 hours to get. Same thing happened to a bunch of passengers. Super rude and uneducated customer service desk

These guys are top in getting glitches but everyone thinks it's Air India all the time, I wonder how indigo isn't getting into such news.
