We got decent increments this year. Ranging from 15-20% for good performers.

Barely beaten govt. defined inflation. If we consider inflation to be 7%

At first I thought this is normal for IT services/companies.

Then I read your organisation name and felt shocked.

But the silver lining is at least somewhere near the range to beat the inflation.
