Incorrect date of exit on epfo

My last employer incorrectly marked my date of exit on the EPFO portal which now creates an overlapping employment. Is there anyone who faced this similar problem ? How did you get it rectified? Any help would be great appreciated.

Chutiyapa hai epfo, employer mistakes end up blocking our accounts and money. Very hard to get it done, best to visit your nearest epfo office branch and struggle there.
