In hand pay

Suppose a candidate have 5,00,000 as variable , how much he can expect from this 5 lac throughout a year as what I heard Accenture roll out variable twice a year

Yes it will be split if your base is 5lacs you receive like base will be breakdown 2.5 lac half yearly and manager would decide howmuch percentage you get ....one time they give 8% of 2.5 and other half will be 10% if you consider overall it will be 9% overall year
