Impact of Frequent Job Switches After 10+ Years of Experience
I have 12 years of experience in embedded firmware development. Recently, I switched jobs after 10 months in a startup that didn’t work out, and I joined another company with a minimal hike to avoid a career gap. My experience timeline includes 4 years, 11 months, 1 year 10 months, 3.3 years, 1 year 10 months, and 10 months across different companies.
As I’m now in the 10+ years experience bracket, will these frequent switches—especially the recent ones—create issues during shortlisting or HR screening for product-based companies?
Search people in LinkedIn who are in big positions. Their job history and your history will be same. Only those who stays in one company for eternity will be working in small role and less package
