Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai people: How many hours in a day do you actually sleep?
People who sleep 8 or more, please tell me your tricks People who sleep 5 hours or less, how are you surviving?
I know people hit on it via trial and error but considering the expected range is 7 to 9 hours (which is quite a large range). Do you guys have a better way to know what works for you best? I keep hearing about people living off 6 hrs or 9 hrs!
6 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends :)
As fast as you finish eating do your routine before bed and go to sleep and wake up when your eyes open and dont sleep more then your feel is telling you to sleep. Do this for 1 week staright and you'll figure it out and chill out.
I have been sleeping for 6-7 hrs.. since 4-5 years.. no health issue as of now
10 hours in winter, 8 hours during summers.
7-8
8.5 hours everyday

This WLB is a shit dream; just a lie. Org like Google is pushing AI team more than 80 hours a week!
